This is our flagship unit, a real powerhouse built to handle the non-stop energy of big festivals and professional location catering. It’s our biggest and best-equipped setup, featuring two “mega ovens” that give us the flexibility to serve pretty much any menu you can imagine. We love the rhythm of a festival day, and we’ve perfected our service to match it. In the mornings, we focus on getting everyone fueled up with a hearty, oven-baked breakfast buffet—the ultimate comfort food for the camping crowd. Once the breakfast rush settles, we switch things over to our signature homemade pasta bakes. The absolute star of the show is our “Original Cheesy Mac.” It’s a huge crowd-pleaser that we serve two ways: loaded with crispy bacon for the meat eaters, or swirled with our fresh, homemade pesto for a delicious vegetarian twist. Whatever the time of day, this unit is designed to keep the queues moving and the crowds happy

Mac ‘n’ Cheese
