With the Mediterranean sun at our backs, we embarked on an ambitious journey across Europe, destined for the vibrant festival scene of the United Kingdom. We were fueled by three simple things: a love for music, a hunger for travel, and a deep-seated passion for honest, good food.
From a Leap of Faith to a Festival Staple
That first trip was more than just a business venture—it was a leap of faith. Trading the island life for the unpredictable energy of European music festivals, we set out to see if people would embrace the flavors we held dear. The response was immediate. Between the sets of world-class bands, festival-goers found a different kind of headliner at our stall.
We didn’t just grow; we evolved. What began in that lone van has expanded into a premier catering operation, trading at the largest events across the UK and the continent. But no matter how large the crowds get, we have never lost sight of that original spark.
